Solid wood box is made of solid wood, which has good compression and bearing capacity and is suitable for heavy products. However, the wooden box made of solid wood must be fumigated before export, and the quarantine certificate issued by fumigation company is required before export.

The non fumigation wooden case is made of plywood. Because of the particularity of plywood, the non fumigation wooden case does not need fumigation treatment when it is exported, but the bearing capacity of the non fumigation wooden case is lower than that of the solid wooden case.

In addition to the requirement that solid wooden cases must be fumigated, the Customs has other requirements for export wooden cases

The appearance of export wooden cases should be smooth and tidy, without scratches. And the same batch of wooden box color needs to be consistent, can't appear too big color difference. At the same time, the export wooden cases can not appear mildew and other conditions, the shipping environment will aggravate the mildew, so that customers will not accept the products in the packaging.

The printing of export wooden cases should be complete and clear, and there should be no ink drop, less words, white words and more words, and the bar code on the export wooden cases should be printed clearly.

There is no bark on the export wooden cases. Many importing countries explicitly prohibit the bark on the export wooden cases. Even if they pass the Customs by chance, they are very likely to be rejected by customers.
